SS Seamless Pipes and Tubes
Stainless steel seamless pipes and tubes provide high dimensional accuracy, are uniform in strength, and are very good at resisting corrosion. They come in nominal bore sizes as small as 1/8 inch to as large as 30 inches with a plethora of outer diameters and wall thicknesses, making them suitable to high demand applications. They are made to ASTM A312 / A312M and other international standards which guarantee reliability and good service life.
SS Welded Pipes and Tubes
Stainless steel welded pipes and tubes can be produced by bending the stainless steel plates or stainless steel coils into tubular form by using the round cross-section and then joining them by welding. These pipes and tubes can be produced by standards such as A249, A269, A312, and EN 10217-7. The pipes can range from outer diameters of 21.3mm to 219.1mm. The pipes can be produced in grades such as 304/316L.
Stainless Steel EFW Pipes & Tubes
ERW stainless steel pipes are prepared through the longitudinal welding with the stainless steel coils or strips of the material using electric resistance welding to give a uniform strength and a clean finish. The pipe schedule will be used to determine the thickness of each outer diameter. Our ERW stainless steel pipes are produced according to the ASTM A312 requirements, which guarantees stability and dimension and consistent performance.
Stainless Steel ERW Pipes & Tubes
The stainless steel EFW (Electric Fusion Welded) pipes are manufactured by rolling the stainless steel plates and then welding the seam through high-voltage electric fusion welding, without any filler materials. The pipes produced using this process provide great strength and uniformity with a large diameter of 6 inches up to 100 inches. Produced in forms of SS 304/304L and SS 316, and according to ASTM A312.

Manufacturing Process of Stainless Steel Pipes & Tubes
- Welded Stainless Steel Pipes & Tubes
Welded tubes are made by rolling stainless steel strips into a tube and longitudinally welding the seam.
- Hot Forming: Tubes are heated before rolling, ideal for larger diameters.
- Cold Forming: Rolled at room temperature for smooth surfaces and precise dimensions.
Final tubes are tested for strength, corrosion resistance, and dimensional accuracy.
