Fittings are all made in accordance with NACE MR0175 and NACE MR0103 where necessary as specified in the project. It has been exporting to 40 or more countries since 1995 and all deliveries have been accompanied with EN 10204 3.1 MTC by NABL-approved laboratories.

Inconel 625 Elbows: Long Radius, Short Radius and 3D Elbow Supplier

Inconel 625 elbows come in Long Radius (1.5D), Short Radius (1.0D) and 3/5D (3 or 5 degrees sweep) versions. All Inconel 625 elbow buttweld fittings are available in seamless form (1/2 inch to 10 inch NB) and welded form (up to 48 inch NB) and are produced to ASME B16.9.

The most widely-used type of elbow in offshore piping systems and chemical plant headers is the Long Radius 90 degree elbow, Inconel 625. The short Radius elbows are indicated where there is space limitation in equipment nozzle connection. Slurry and high-velocity applications that require pressure drop to be minimised are found in 3D and 5D elbows.

Inconel 625 all elbows are provided with EN 10204 3.1 MTC that certifies compliance with ASTM B366 UNS N06625. As standard, dimensional inspection to ASME B16.9 wall thickness and centre-to-face tolerances. Against RFQ, custom degree elbows, 15 degree to 180 degrees are offered.

Inconel 625 Tees and Reducers — Equal Tee, Reducing Tee, Concentric and Eccentric Reducer

Inconel 625 equal tees and reducing tees are available in 1/2 inch to 24 inch NB to ASME B16.9. These alloy 625 fittings are employed at the points of connection between branches in offshore manifolds, in the process headers of a chemical plant and in undersea piping systems. By reducing tees a branch connection at a lower diameter than the run pipe can be made without a separate reducing fitting.

Nickel alloy 625 buttweld fittings come with concentric and eccentric reducers in seamless form (up to 10 inch NB) and fabricated form (up to 48 inch NB). Eccentric reducer is normally detailed at pump suction nozzles to avoid air pockets. In straight pipe changes in the vertical run, concentric reducers are employed.

Applications of Inconel 625 Buttweld Fittings

Inconel 625 buttweld fittings are specified in offshore oil and gas piping systems, chemical processing plant headers, flue gas desulfurization ductwork, aerospace exhaust manifolds, marine propulsion and seawater handling systems, and nuclear reactor coolant circuits. These alloy 625 fittings are selected wherever chloride pitting resistance, crevice corrosion resistance, and high-temperature oxidation resistance are required simultaneously.
