About Kalpataru Piping Solutions

Kalpataru Piping Solutions was set up in Mumbai in 2015. We supply pipes, tubes, flanges, fittings, bars and plates to fabricators, EPC contractors, OEMs and plant maintenance teams in India and abroad.
Our regular range covers nickel alloy pipes and tubes, Inconel 625 pipes and tubes, Hastelloy C276 pipes and stainless steel pipes and tubes. Most buyers need the parts that join them as well, so we also supply slip on flanges, weld neck flanges and pipe elbows in matching grades.
Send us your spec and we will quote to it. That means the grade, the standard, size, schedule, quantity and the documents you need. If something is unclear, we ask before we quote.
We handle carbon steel too, such as ASTM A105 flanges and ASTM A106 Grade B pipe. You will find everything in our product catalogue.

How We Work With Buyers
An enquiry for “Inconel pipe” can mean a dozen different things. Seamless or welded? Which schedule, which standard, which test certificate? So we quote from your specification, and we ask when something is missing.
We quote to your spec
Send the grade, ASTM or ASME reference, size and schedule. A drawing or BOQ is fine too. We quote what you asked for, and tell you if something does not add up.
One grade, all the parts
Pipe, flanges, fittings, bar and plate in the same alloy on one order. For example, Inconel 625 pipes with matching Inconel 625 flanges and Inconel 625 filler wire.
Paperwork you can check
EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates tied to heat numbers. PMI and third party inspection when your order calls for it.

What does Kalpataru Piping supply?
Pipes, tubes, flanges, buttweld and forged fittings, round bars, plates, fasteners and filler wire. Materials include nickel alloys, stainless and duplex steels, copper alloys, carbon and alloy steels, and special metals such as titanium and tantalum. Browse the product catalogue or start with Inconel or super duplex steel.
Which standards do you supply to?
Whatever your purchase order calls for, as long as it is an ASTM, ASME, UNS or EN designation for that product. For example ASTM B444 for Inconel 625 pipes, or ASTM A790 for duplex S31803 seamless pipes. The standard is written on every quote.
What is the difference between UNS S31803 and S32205?
Both are duplex 2205. S32205 has higher minimum chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen, so its pitting resistance is a little better. A lot of mill material is dual certified to both. See S31803 seamless pipes, S32205 round bars and S32205 plates.
What is the difference between super duplex S32750 and S32760?
Both are 25 chrome super duplex grades. S32760 has tungsten and copper added. Your project spec will normally say which one to use. See S32750 seamless pipes and S32760 pipes and tubes.
Can I get flanges and fittings in the same grade as the pipe?
Usually, yes. Monel 400 pipes go with Monel 400 flanges, and nickel 200/201 pipes with nickel 200/201 flanges. It depends on grade, size and quantity, so just ask.
What should I put in an RFQ?
Grade, product form, standard, size or schedule, quantity and where it is going. Add the documents you need. If you have a drawing or BOQ, attach it with the full RFQ form.
What test documents can you give?
EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates with heat number traceability as standard. PMI or third party inspection if your order needs it. Mention the documents in your RFQ so we can confirm them before you order.
Do you take export orders?
Yes. Give us the destination country or port and we will sort out packing, marking and paperwork with the quote.
