Our product is ASTM B152 C10100 Copper Sheets (OFHC -Oxygen-Free High Conductivity) which is characterized by excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. Our 4x 8 Copper sheets are also competitive in the prices and are delivered in time to all of India. These sheets come in thickness between 0.10 mm to 3 mm with the standard size of 14 × 48 and 24 × 48 or customized size depending on customer needs. Sizes of the circles can vary between 25 mm and 356 mm as well. Copper Alloy C11400 Plate & Sheets are produced and manufactured in accordance with the ASTM standard and are composed of 99.90% copper and 0.04% oxygen, they are high thermal conductors, high electrical conductors and low ground resistance.

OFHC Copper Sheets are highly ductile and malleable and therefore can be readily cut, bent, stamped and welded without altering their structural integrity. These sheets are made of copper and they contain virtually no oxygen, which prevents hydrogen embrittlement and provides better corrosion resistance and fabricability. Copper Sheets and Plates are tested to high standards (hardness tests, micro, macro and others) to be dispatched in order to guarantee top quality performance.

About Copper Sheets & Plates

Copper Plates and Sheets are very durable and resistant, providing very good corrosion resistance, enhanced thermal and electrical conductivity. Electrical and Industrial applications are done using copper sheets, which are malleable, conductive and beautiful. C101 Copper Sheets are the highest form of pure oxygen-free copper (99.99% Cu) containing only minimal impurities making it the best product in use where there is a high level of ductility and strong conductivity is needed. The list of approved welding procedures on ASTM B152 C10100 Copper Sheets are gas shielded arc welding, soldering, oxyacetylene welding, brazing, butt welding, but spot welding, seam welding, and coated metal arc welding are not approved. Additional elements such as bronze or brass are introduced in copper alloys to make the sheet stronger and have other physical properties. The hot forgeability of Alloy 101 Copper Sheets is 65% and forged between 760 °C and 871 °C. The hot and the cold working properties of Alloy 110 Copper Sheets and Plates are also superior and annealing takes place in temperatures between 371 °C and 649 °C. ASTM B152 C10100 Copper Sheets exhibit little volatility even at high vacuum. A mirror polish can be attained only under the coating of a synthetic polish. The sheet metal gauge chart identifies the thickness of the sheet, and the lower the gauge, the thinner the sheet.

Surface Finishing of Copper Sheets
