They are fabricated in UNS N06625 to ASTM B444 / ASME SB444 for the pipe components, making each alloy 625 spool fully traceable from raw material to finished assembly. Inconel 625 spool fabrication involves cutting, bevelling, welding and fitment of pipe, fittings and flanges to isometric drawings. Each uns n06625 pipe spool is dispatched ex-Mumbai within 3 to 6 weeks from order confirmation.

Fabrication scope includes: cutting to length, end preparation, fit-up, GTAW / GMAW root and fill passes, post-weld heat treatment where specified, NDE and pressure testing. All uns n06625 piping spool units are tagged to ISO drawing number, spool number and heat batch for field traceability.

All Inconel 625 pipe spools undergo NDT testing (RT, UT, PT, MT), hydro pressure testing and dimensional inspection before dispatch. Our standard inconel piping spool documentation package covers all inconel 625 spool ndt testing reports and inconel 625 spool hydro test certificates.
- Radiographic Testing (RT): 100% or spot RT on butt welds per ASME B31.3 / project specification.
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT): weld and base material UT to ASME Section V.

- Hydrostatic Pressure Test: 1.5x design pressure per ASME B31.3 with hold time records.
