The base grade is Incoloy 800 (UNS N08800). Incoloy 800H (UNS N08810) controls the carbon content (0.05-0.10) and the grain size larger (ASTM No. 5 or larger) to enhance the creep and rupture strength at temperatures above 600 °C. Incoloy 800HT (UNS N08811) contains further limits on the amount of aluminum and titanium, which enhances further creep resistance to 1100°C. Incoloy 800H and 800HT seamless pipes are preferred when used as a petrochemical furnace.

Yes, the Incoloy 825 pipes (ASTM B423 / UNS N08825) are designed for sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid pipes.
