Inconel 625 perforated sheet and inconel 625 perforated metal are corrosion-resistant punched flat products supplied by Kalpataru Piping for screening, filtration and flow-control duties. They are manufactured to ASTM B443 / ASME SB443 under UNS N06625 and W.Nr. 2.4856. This alloy 625 perforated sheet is produced with round, square and slotted hole patterns in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 50 mm. Inconel 625 perforated metal sheet (ASTM B443, UNS N06625) is available with inconel 625 round hole perforated sheet, inconel 625 square hole perforated and inconel 625 slotted perforated sheet patterns in standard and custom pitch configurations.
Round hole is the most common pattern for filtration and screening; square hole maximises open area for sizing and ventilation; and slotted hole suits dewatering and sieving. Staggered and straight pitch layouts are produced to your open area requirement.

Inconel 625 perforated sheet applications span steel melting and smelter equipment, continuous casting lines, petrochemical catalytic recovery systems, flares, recuperators and tube hangers. In power generation it serves coal gasifier internals, pulverised coal burners and tube hangers, and in cement and sintering plants it is used for burner shields, wind boxes and feed systems. The punched plate also works as an inconel 625 filter plate and inconel 625 perforated screen in chloride-bearing and high-temperature service.
