Super Duplex Steel 32750 Fasteners, ASTM A479 UNS S32750 Fasteners, SDSS 1.4410 Fasteners, ASTM A276 UNS S32750 Fasteners, SDSS 32750 Bolts, Super Duplex 32750 Hex Bolts, Super Duplex Stainless Steel S32750 Heavy Hex Bolts, Super Duplex S32750 Nuts.
Super Duplex ASTM A479 UNS S32750 fasteners are known for their excellent machinability and ease of fabrication. With high chromium and nickel content, these fasteners, including nuts, bolts, washers, and screws, offer impressive corrosion resistance and superior oxidation protection. They maintain a significant portion of their strength at room temperature, making them ideal for demanding environments.
Super Duplex ASTM A479 UNS S32750 bolts excel in various conditions due to their robust composition, while the washers can withstand temperatures up to 1100 °C in dry air. However, care must be taken with the screws, as they can be sensitive to thermal shock and require careful handling during hot-working processes. The stud bolts are effective at temperatures reaching 1150 °C for continuous operations and 1035 °C for intermittent use.
Super Duplex fasteners are commonly utilized in high-temperature applications such as oven linings, boiler baffles, kilns, and combustion tubes. ASTM A479 Super Duplex S32750 fasteners are suitable for use in environments where temperatures exceed 550 °C, providing oxidation resistance up to 2000 °F and moderate strength at elevated temperatures. Whether for furnace components or refractory anchor bolts, Super Duplex ASTM A479 UNS S32750 fasteners deliver reliability and performance in challenging conditions.
Explore our extensive range of Super Duplex Steel Products, including pipes, tubes, flanges, and fittings, all known for their outstanding corrosion resistance and durability in challenging environments.

FAQ’s About Monel Flanges
What is the maximum service temperature for Monel 400 flanges?
Monel 400 flanges can be used up to approximately 550°C (1022°F) in non-oxidizing conditions, making them suitable for high-temperature chemical processing and steam applications.
Can Monel flanges be used with hydrofluoric acid?
Yes. Monel 400 is the industry-standard material for handling hydrofluoric acid at nearly all concentrations and temperatures in de-aerated conditions, which is why it is widely specified for HF alkylation units in refineries.
What is the difference between ASTM B564 and ASME SB564?
ASTM B564 is issued by ASTM International, while ASME SB564 is the equivalent specification adopted by the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. The two are technically identical for Monel forged fittings and flanges; ASME SB564 is typically referenced for boiler and pressure-vessel code compliance.
Do you supply Mill Test Certificates with Monel flanges?
Yes. Every Monel flange from Kalpataru Piping is supplied with an EN10204 Type 3.1 Mill Test Certificate as standard. Type 3.2 third-party witnessed certification and additional QAP or radiography documentation can be arranged on request.
What is the typical lead time for Monel flanges?
Standard sizes in Monel 400 and Monel K500 are typically available ex-stock or within a short lead time; custom sizes, pressure classes, or Type 3.2 certification requirements may extend delivery. Contact our sales team with your specification for an accurate lead-time estimate.
What is the difference between a Monel Slip-On Flange and a Monel Weld Neck Flange?
A slip-on flange slides over the pipe end and is fillet-welded on both sides, making it easier and faster to install at lower pressure ratings. A weld neck flange has a tapered hub that is butt-welded to the pipe, giving superior stress distribution and making it the preferred choice for high-pressure, high-temperature, and cyclic-load services.
