Brass Pipe
Brass UNS C36000 Seamless Tube
Our product list consists of Brass Seamless Pipes, Brass Welded Tubes, Brass Square Pipes, Brass rectangular Pipes, Brass Hollow tubes, condensers tubes, capillary tubes, and thin wall brass tubing. Brass Seamless Pipes with low sulfur content are manufactured using advanced refining techniques to ensure high ductility and cleaner alloy quality. Our Brass Welded Pipes undergo controlled cooling after sample testing for consistent strength. Wear resistance of Brass EFW Pipes could be improved and be done by increasing the alloy hardness or by choosing the grades with higher carbon content. Although the brass square pipes are likely to undergo some changes in the microstructure, they can still be used in other applications where they will need rigid and stable profiles. Chromium is contained in brass Rectangular Pipes and enhances resistance to oxidizing agents such as nitric acid, nitrates and oxidizing salts. We also have Brass Electropolished Pipes in the custom size, shape, and design at competitive cost. The hollow tubes made of brass have the best strength/weight ratio, which increases its efficiency and reduces the cost of operation. The UNS C26800 Brass Round Pipe could be annealed, galvanized or surface treated to provide superior corrosion resistance and in sizes ranging between 2mm up to 914mm.
We also maintain Brass Tube 63/37 in stock so as to be dispatched instantly. Call us with technical questions, to get application support, or a quotation for bulk orders.
About Brass Pipes & Tubes
Brass is a zinc-copper alloy that is characterized by its resistance to corrosion, strength, capacity to work, and good appearance. The alloy pipes that are manufactured using copper, zinc, lead, and iron are brass 360 alloy that has a high mechanical strength with a minimum tensile strength of 58,000 psi and yield strength of 45,000 psi. By changing the ratios of copper and zinc, the characteristics of the brass can be altered, and it permits hard and soft brasses. Brass tubes and brass pipes are used in very low and very high temperatures. These brass alloy pipes are easy to machine, tough, and flexible, conducting heat and electricity, and this property can be used to enhance the operating efficiency of a heat-transfer system.UNS C27200 Pipes, Brass Alloy C70600 Pipe, UNS C36000 Brass Pipes, UNS C27200 Pipes Dealers, Brass Alloy 63-67 Pipes & Tubes, Brass 63/67 Polish Tubing, Brass Hollow Tubes, Brass Seamless Pipes, Brass EFW Pipes Suppliers and Exporters in India.
Since brass is not easily rusted and decomposed, brass alloy tubes are used extensively in long-term service. They come in various shapes, sizes and specifications and their application is usually in the distribution of hot water, marine water and other fluids. Brass is more pliable than stainless steel and iron and its melting point is relatively low (900 -940 C) which means that Brass Pipes would be easy to shape, bend and machining to suit a more customized application. Brass Pipes with small diameters are suitable to use when conducting pressurized liquids, whereas Brass Tubes with high diameter are used in the support of cooling and heating pipelines.
