Inconel 625 Round Bars Supply Condition & Heat Treatment

The most common form of Inconel 625 bars is the Annealed form (Grade 1) which is typically heat-treated at temperatures equal to or less than 871degC to 1093degC. This gives optimum tensile property and corrosion resistance to be used generally. Grade 2 Solution Annealed material subjected to temperatures of 1093degC or higher are proposed when a high level of creep and rupture values is required at higher temperatures (over 593degC). We supply material under situations that would suit your process of fabrication. Bar annealed is easier to work with and cold-drawn bars have limitations and worth in smaller tolerances and surface finishing.
